It was a dark and stormy night, but that wasn't news... all the nights were dark and stormy. Join us Thursday, April 26th as The Poetry Brothel goes Black and White. Expect mystery, intrigue, burlesque by Mademoiselle Estelle and Puss N Boots, live jazz by the Alex Feldman Quartet, tarot by Rebecca Fey, sketchy sketches by Too Loose, palm readings and handmade jewelry by Holy Crow, and, of course, a bevy of poetry whores. As usual the festivities will be presided over by your hosts Mister Charley, The Madame, and that rapscallion, Tennessee Pink.
Guest are encouraged to dress the part and bring a noir mentality, suspect everyone, believe nothing, and see if you can't help us get to the bottom of this case. Whatever it is we've misplaced or erased will hopefully turn up by the end of the night, but not with out your help!
Doors open at 6pm with a happy hour from 6-7pm. The show runs from 7pm-9pm. This event is 21+.
